Had a major issue with my wifes laptop. Contact Usman and he kindly worked on the issue over the weekend and managed to clear all the issues and returned the laptop in much better condition than when I released it to him. Absolutely fantastic service!! I contacted Usman for help when my microsoft 365 deactivated on my laptop even though I still had a full 365 subscription. To make matters worse my microsoft account had also completely locked me out and was refusing to recognise my detail’s although they were correct and various error messages and codes were displayed on screen. Thankfully I found Usman who came highly recommended. As soon as I contacted him he was ready to help,  He gained access remotely to my laptop and fixed the issues in no time! He went above and beyond to help with other things that were causing problems on my laptop and nothing was too much trouble for him! I would 100% use him again and I highly recommend him to others. Usman is our ‘go to’ man for anything computer related. He was first recommended to us 2021 when my external hardrive suddenly stopped working. Usman worked around the clock to recover all the data, keeping me updated throughout. Since then we have used him several times for our small family business - servicing and updating our computer system, even recommending new PC’s, screens and laptops. He is knowledgeable, reliable and highly skilled, and explains things without using jargon. Tried getting my laptop fixed from a few places local to me in Manchester with no luck. Friend told me about Zenova so got in contact and sent the laptop over. Within a few days he was able to fix it and more importantly retrieve my data. Really happy with the fast turn around and great result at the end.
